					<description><![CDATA[I am having similar difficulties.  Herniated L5S1, at L5 the disc is herniated and going out staright back.  The doctor said that&#039;s not goos and thinks I shoukld be really careful.  He said its a servere surgery because they have to cut through the bone.  He thinks I can avoid it for now.  I am so tired of dealing with this though.  Before the disc was hanging out to the side (4 years ago) then  flare up in 2012 and now this.  I live in Michigan and need to find a good surgeon who accepts my insurance which has been a challenge.  This is so frustrating.  I can&#039;t afford a $40 co pay 3-4 times a week for PT either-ugh.]]></description>
